Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Analysis Specialist to enhance our existing Business Analysis team. This role is pivotal in transforming business requirements into technical documentation, ensuring alignment with our corporate strategy and tailoring information for a technical audience. You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, and technical experts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer business initiatives and develop user stories that are actionable within Agile sprints, facilitating concept and feature modeling through process mapping, wireframes, and various analytical techniques to enhance software development quality.
  • Engage with both technical and non-technical teams through research, mapping, experimentation, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Critically assess and evaluate proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies, and provide recommendations to senior management regarding key risks.
  • Assist the Product Owner and senior stakeholders in identifying Features, EPICs, and User Stories to build and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Support development and testing teams throughout the Agile change and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Contribute to and review architectural designs to ensure relevant functional architects are involved in validating design choices for optimal technical outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience collaborating with development and testing teams.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile (SAFe), and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Experience in elaborating EPICS, Features, and User Stories.
  • Background in UX Design.
  • Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.
  • Experience working with Microservice APIs for SaaS/PaaS.
