Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Analysis Specialist to enhance our existing Business Analysis team. This role represents a pivotal aspect of Business Analysis, converting business requirements into technical documentation that aligns with our corporate strategy and is tailored for a technical audience. You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, and technical experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer business initiatives and translate them into user stories that can be utilized within Agile sprints, facilitating concept and feature modeling through process mapping, wireframes, and various analytical methods to enhance software development quality.
- Engage with both technical and non-technical teams through research, mapping, experimentation, prototyping, and user testing.
- Critically assess and evaluate proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies and advising senior management on key risks.
- Assist the Product Owner and senior stakeholders in identifying Features, EPICs, and User Stories to develop and prioritize the product backlog.
- Support development and testing teams throughout the Agile change and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Contribute to and review architectural designs to ensure relevant functional architects are involved in validating design choices for optimal technical outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience collaborating with development and testing teams.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile (SAFe), and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience in the elaboration of EPICS, Features, and User Stories.
- Background in UX Design.
- Expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Experience working with Microservice APIs for SaaS/PaaS solutions.
