Business Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Analysis Specialist to join our team at Legal & General. As a Business Analysis Specialist, you will play a critical role in translating business requirements into technical artefacts, aligning them with our company strategy, and tailoring them to a technical audience.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse customer business initiatives and elaborate user stories that are consumable within sprints by an Agile team, facilitating concept and feature modelling through process mapping, wireframes, and other analysis methods.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams through research, mapping, experimentation, prototyping, and user testing.
- Critically review and evaluate proposed solutions, identifying alignment with business strategies and making recommendations to senior managers.
- Support the development and test teams within the Agile change and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience in working with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile (SAFe) and Waterfall project delivery.
- Experience of UX Design.
