Business Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Analysis Specialist to join our team at Legal & General. As a Business Analysis Specialist, you will play a critical role in translating business requirements into technical artefacts, aligning them with our company strategy, and tailoring them to a technical audience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyse customer business initiatives and elaborate user stories that are consumable within sprints by an Agile team, facilitating concept and feature modelling through process mapping, wireframes, and other analysis methods.
  2. Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams through research, mapping, experimentation, prototyping, and user testing.
  3. Critically review and evaluate proposed solutions, identifying alignment with business strategies and making recommendations to senior managers.
  4. Support the development and test teams within the Agile change and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  5. Experience in working with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile (SAFe) and Waterfall project delivery.
  6. Experience of UX Design.
