Job Title: B2B Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced B2B Marketing Specialist to join our Retail Marketing team at Legal & General. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality integrated campaign strategies to boost brand awareness and preference among Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), mortgage brokers, and equity release specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Campaign Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive campaign plans to achieve business objectives, leveraging your expertise in B2B marketing strategies, channels, and best practices.
  • Lead Generation and Data-Driven Results: Identify key messaging, value propositions, and campaign opportunities to engage B2B audiences, and utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems for campaign execution, lead tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to establish campaign objectives, timelines, and budgets, and create engaging presentations for stakeholders, highlighting campaign outcomes, market trends, insights, and optimization recommendations.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in campaign management, lead generation, and data-driven results, with a solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies, channels, and best practices.
    • Exceptional Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
    • Creative Thinking: A creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
