Senior Clinical Pharmacist (Family Services - Women's and Children's Health)

We are seeking a skilled pharmacist to take on the role of Senior Clinical Pharmacist with a specialization in Family Services. This position entails delivering expert pharmaceutical guidance to patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Clinical Pharmacy services within a specialized clinical domain.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Pharmacists, Pre-registration Pharmacists, and support technicians.
  • Provide support for medicines information services and facilitate training for pharmacy personnel.
  • Participate in shift work and on-call duties as necessary, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Incentives may be available under the Trust Recruitment & Retention Incentive Policy.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Pharmacy.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • A Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience in hospital pharmacy and a relevant specialist area is essential.
