We are seeking a skilled pharmacist to take on the role of Senior Clinical Pharmacist with a specialization in Family Services. This position requires providing high-level pharmaceutical counsel to patients while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful applicant will oversee and implement Clinical Pharmacy services within a designated clinical specialty.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of Pharmacists, Pre-registration Pharmacists, and support staff.
- Facilitate medicines information services and provide training for pharmacy personnel.
- Participate in rotas and shift work as necessary, including weekends and public holidays.
- Explore potential incentives under the Trust's Recruitment & Retention Incentive Policy.
