About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead our Digital Futures programme. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding the programme's operational planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of project managers and workstream leads to ensure the programme's successful delivery
  • Develop and manage the programme plan, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives
  • Manage the programme budget, oversee supplier performance, and track progress against key performance indicators
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Plan for a smooth transition to regular operations once the programme wraps up

About You

We are looking for a Programme Manager who is passionate about leading impactful projects and guiding a talented team. You will have experience steering complex programmes and working with diverse teams, with a strong track record of delivering results.
