ROLE OVERVIEW

This role is responsible for managing the IRL Programme, ensuring the effective execution of our IRL strategy, which encompasses new store launches, wholesale collaborations, and business enhancement initiatives. Key duties include guiding a team of project leaders, overseeing a cross-functional Programme team, and executing strategic transformation projects.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct the IRL Programme and Strategy on a global scale across diverse functions such as Human Resources, Product Development, Finance, and others.
  • Supervise the Programme team and facilitate their professional growth.
  • Establish and oversee objectives, deliverables, and project components.
  • Plan, track, and coordinate teams for intricate cross-departmental projects.
  • Maintain programme schedules, report on progress, and manage resources efficiently.
  • Identify and address programme-level risks and challenges.
  • Assess programme performance and apply insights for future initiatives.
  • Promote ongoing improvement and simplification of operational processes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in Programme management within a fast-paced environment.
