About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Programme Manager to join our team at Transform Together Consulting. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be working with industry-leading companies at an operational and strategic level, providing structure, knowledge, and insight into the best methods to deliver their transformation agenda.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' experience in programme management, with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for leading programme or portfolio delivery for clients and customers, utilizing a combination of agile and traditional project and change management techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programme strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and CxO's to provide strategic guidance
  • Utilize business analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • Minimum of 12 years' experience in programme management

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Deep understanding of business and modern technological landscape
