Job Title: IT Support Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team at L&G Recruitment. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network configurations.
  • Configure and maintain network devices, servers, and workstations.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect against cyber threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with service management toolsets, such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as Azure or AWS.
