About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Coordinator to join our team at our client's Automotive Factory in Woking. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing the needs and concerns of our temporary workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the needs and concerns of our temporary workforce are met.
- Shift Meetings: Attend and contribute to shift meetings, ensuring clear communication between all parties.
- Administrative Duties: Utilize Excel and Outlook for various administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping, right to work checks, and candidates' registrations.
- Experience: You have experience with Excel and Outlook, as well as a background in customer service.
- Team Player: You work well within a team and are happy to go above and beyond to support your colleagues and the temporary workforce.
