About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Accountancy Apprenticeship Tutor to join our team at the LMP Group. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching, guidance, and support to apprentices enrolled in our accountancy apprenticeship program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching, guidance, and support to apprentices
  • Prepare and produce schemes of work and session plans as directed by the Quality Team
  • Coach and collaborate with learners to achieve their full potential
  • Assess learner's performance in the workplace
  • Deliver training on a 1:1 or group basis, face-to-face or online
  • Develop and deliver inclusive and high-quality courses, materials, and opportunities to all learners
  • Comply with the internal quality assurance strategy to ensure assessments are delivered to a high standard
  • Undertake appropriate training as identified through the observation and line management process
Requirements
  • Qualified in and able to deliver AAT qualifications up to level 3
  • Maths and English (or equivalent) qualifications
  • AAT qualification at level 3
  • Initial assessment, IAG, teaching-learning assessment
