Key Responsibilities- Deliver and assess apprenticeship programs for Teaching Assistants, ensuring that learners meet the required standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders to ensure the success of our apprenticeship programs.
- Conduct initial assessments and progress reviews to track learner progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to learners to help them achieve their goals and overcome any challenges they may face.
- Collaborate with other members of the education team to develop and implement effective learning strategies and materials.
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and industry trends to ensure that our programs remain relevant and effective.
- Contribute to the development of our quality assurance processes to ensure that our programs meet the highest standards.
- Teaching Qualification at Level 3/5 or equivalent.
- Qualified Teacher Status.
- TAQA Assessors qualification or equivalent.
- IQA qualification or equivalent.
- At least five years' experience of working in an education environment, with a demonstrable track record of successful outcomes.
- Proven experience of successfully managing the full learner journey, including initial assessment, IAG, diagnostic, teaching-learning-assessment, and classroom delivery.
- Experience of using e-portfolio systems, such as SMART Assessor.
- Knowledge and understanding of standards up to level 3, 4, or 5, with different relevant awarding bodies.
- Knowledge of funding streams and funding requirements for the delivery of Apprenticeships, Traineeships, and other skills programs.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
- 28 days' holiday, plus an additional day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 33 days, plus bank holidays.
