We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountancy Apprenticeship Tutor to join our team at S Knights Recruitment. As a key member of our employability and skills recruitment agency, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching, guidance, and support to apprentices enrolled in our accountancy apprenticeship program.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive teaching materials in line with the accountancy apprenticeship curriculum, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant.
- Provide structured and effective instruction, guidance, and mentoring to apprentices, helping them grasp complex accounting concepts and practical applications.
- Design and administer assessments to evaluate apprentices' progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their learning and development.
- Offer personalized support to apprentices, addressing their specific learning needs, challenges, and goals to maximize their learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of apprentice progress, attendance, and performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including program coordinators, other tutors, and administrative staff, to enhance the overall apprenticeship experience and program.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Recognized teaching qualification or relevant teaching experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
