About the Role
The Supporting Education Group is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Tutor to join our team. As an Apprenticeship Tutor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality apprenticeship programs across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver apprenticeship programs in line with industry standards and frameworks.
- Assess learner performance in the workplace and provide regular progress reviews.
- Work closely with employers to maintain engagement and curriculum sequencing.
- Deliver training on a 1:1 or group basis, face-to-face or online.
- Keep up-to-date with curriculum development in relevant subject areas.
- Ensure inclusive and high-quality courses, materials, and opportunities for all learners.
Requirements
- Subject-specific industry qualifications at level 3 or above.
- Teaching, learning, and assessment qualification (desirable).
- Three years' industry experience as a school business manager or similar role in a school and/or academy.
- Five years' experience of working in an education, training, and development environment.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
- 28 days' holiday and an extra day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 33 days, plus bank holidays.
