About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Apprenticeship Tutor to join our team at LMP Group. As an Apprenticeship Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality apprenticeship programs across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver apprenticeship programs up to level 5, ensuring learners achieve their full potential.
  • Assess learner performance in the workplace, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on a one-to-one or group basis, both face-to-face and online.
  • Prepare and produce schemes of work and session plans, adhering to our quality assurance strategy.
  • Deliver Functional Skills qualifications as part of an apprenticeship program.
  • Coach and mentor learners during their work placements, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Comply with our internal quality assurance strategy, maintaining accurate records on Smart Assessor.
  • Undertake relevant training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Subject-specific industry qualifications at level 3 or above.
  • Teaching, learning, and assessment qualification (desirable).
  • Three years' experience in a school business management role or similar position in a school and/or academy.
  • ~5 years' experience working in an education, training, and development environment.
  • Proven knowledge of effective teaching, learning, and assessment practices to engage learners.
  • Knowledge of funding streams and funding requirements for the delivery of apprenticeships and skills programs.
