About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Trinny London. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of product marketers to ensure successful execution of product marketing campaigns.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the beauty industry.
  • Product Launches: Develop and execute product launch plans that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Marketing Messaging: Develop and refine marketing messaging to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product innovation, design, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience in managing a team of product marketers.
  • Marketing Strategy: Strong understanding of marketing strategy and its application in driving revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Ability to conduct market analysis and identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
