About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Guest Service Agent to join our team at Broadwick Soho. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, efficient registration and information to all guests, fellow employees, and visitors.
  • Respond to arriving, departing, and in-house guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Offer accurate and timely information and services using established protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the hotel to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* luxury establishment, ideally in the London market.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Superb customer service skills and excellent verbal communication.
  • Computer literacy and extensive knowledge of Opera PMS.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
