Job Summary

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Club Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and professional welcome to all guests arriving at the Storey Club, setting the tone for a memorable experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with the Club Manager to plan and deliver events, taking ownership of all aspects of event execution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and service partners to ensure seamless delivery of events and exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure that all customer-facing spaces and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with guests and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet guest needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • High standard of personal presentation, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
