About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and flexible Nights Guest Service Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll have the opportunity to wear many hats, including Guest Service Agent, Receptionist, and Food & Beverage Assistant. No two shifts are the same, and we encourage our team members to be proactive and take ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Assist with front-of-house operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Support food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving guests.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a sense of community and camaraderie.
