Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience from arrival to departure.
  • Anticipate and manage guest needs, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Process and follow up on booking requests, ensuring accurate and timely communication with guests.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our offer and loyalty program, promoting it to guests and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Guest-oriented and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including early and late shifts, and be available to work weekdays and weekends.
