The Other House is seeking a dynamic and charismatic Guest Services Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our residents, members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and personalized service to residents, members, and guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Collaborate with the Front of House Manager and HouseJack Supervisors to drive front-of-house operations and achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Operate across various functions, supporting all areas of the house, including guest services, concierge, and events.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our residents' and members' needs, preferences, and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our services and operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a guest-facing environment, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, members, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency in smart device and computer system technology, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, with a second language an asset.
  • The right to work in the UK.
