About the Role

The Clermont Victoria is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Ambassador to join our team. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.
  • Assist guests with directions, theatre bookings, luggage delivery, and other requests, demonstrating a passion for creating memorable moments.
  • Work effectively as part of a small but perfectly formed team, helping to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with local events, attractions, and services, providing expert recommendations to guests.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
