As Earthed continues to expand its reach and influence, they are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Operations and Governance to play a critical role in scaling their operations and ensuring robust governance frameworks are in place.

The ideal candidate will be driven by the mission to support the growth of this inspiring organisation and help bring about positive change in the world.

This is a full-time role paying a salary of £48,000, although part-time arrangements will also be considered.

The Head of Operations and Governance will be responsible for ensuring efficient project management across the organisation, developing and maintaining strong governance structures, and overseeing the management and optimization of CRM systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to support the growth and development of the organisation
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements
  • Overseeing the management and optimization of CRM systems to enhance donor engagement, program delivery, and internal processes
  • Working closely with program teams to design and deliver high-impact e-learning initiatives
  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment and compliance
  • Identifying and mitigating operational risks to ensure the long-term stability and success of the organisation

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of governance, including compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks, as well as proficiency in using and managing CRM systems (specifically HubSpot) and other relevant technologies.

Excellent communication, IT, systems, and organisation skills are essential, with the ability to lead projects, manage changing demands, and prioritise deadlines.
