KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Operations Executive will report directly to the Head of Operations and will play a crucial role in executing client marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will:

  • Manage Client Campaigns: Oversee the scheduling and optimization of marketing campaigns across STV and STV Player, ensuring effective execution.
  • Campaign Delivery Oversight: Handle daily management of campaign bookings, ensuring that all media is utilized efficiently and meets established campaign goals.
  • Media Inventory Management: Accurately predict available inventory and provide essential information regarding pricing and programming to internal teams and clients.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders through various channels, ensuring alignment and understanding.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Actively engage with colleagues and stakeholders to foster a collaborative working environment.
  • Workload Management: Demonstrate initiative and proactivity in managing tasks, contributing to high standards of work.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a senior commercial operations role within the broadcasting or media sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of broadcast scheduling and experience with relevant systems.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing airtime campaigns with a focus on audience optimization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on finding solutions to challenges.
  • Strong listening skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Proficient in PC applications, particularly advanced Excel.
  • Willingness to adapt and contribute to various projects as needed.
