KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Operations Executive, you will report directly to the Head of Operations and play a crucial role in executing client marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Activation: Schedule and optimize marketing campaigns across STV and STV Player, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee daily campaign bookings and ensure optimal delivery in line with client specifications.
  • Media Inventory Management: Accurately forecast inventory availability and provide essential information regarding pricing and programming to internal teams and clients.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders through various channels.
  • Collaboration: Engage in collaborative practices with colleagues and stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Workload Management: Demonstrate initiative and contribute to high standards while managing your responsibilities within a team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a senior commercial operations position within the broadcasting or media sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of broadcast scheduling and experience with related systems.
  • Proven ability to plan and book airtime campaigns, with a focus on audience optimization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proactive in managing a high volume of tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Strong listening skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Proficient in PC applications, particularly advanced Excel.
  • Adaptability and willingness to support various tasks and projects as needed.
