We are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our dynamic team. You will be the welcoming face for all visitors, ensuring the reception operates smoothly with a focus on client satisfaction. Exceptional customer service is paramount in this position. The Client Services team is responsible for managing client inquiries, appointments, and bookings with meticulous attention to detail and a strong customer focus. You will assist with queries related to various health services, creating a professional first impression.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all client inquiries are processed efficiently using our booking systems. Collaborate with team members to exceed customer service expectations. Play a vital role in enhancing the 'Customer Journey' and continuously seek improvements. Manage diaries and appointments across all clinic departments. Exhibit strong communication skills with clients and colleagues, both in person and through various communication channels. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times. Work closely with all departments to ensure consistent and professional service delivery. Facilitate the referral process for clients. Complete monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills/Experience:

Background in a customer service-oriented environment. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Friendly and adaptable, with a strong desire to enhance customer experiences. Team-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Strong attention to detail is essential. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A flexible and proactive approach. Proficient in IT, particularly in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
