About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales professional to join our team at Clearwater Analytics. As a Senior Enterprise Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the French-speaking Insurance market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the Insurance industry, understanding their current infrastructure, business requirements, and challenges.
- Proactively stay up-to-date with market complexities and the value proposition of Clearwater Analytics.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts within the European market.
- Conduct effective meetings with prospects, perform needs identification, and develop and progress opportunities.
- Work closely with executive management and internal teams to achieve sales goals.
- Lead demos and presentations to showcase Clearwater Analytics' solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the Insurance market in France and Southern Europe.
- Fluent in French and English languages.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas of $1 Million+ per annum.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Relevant market expertise in finance, investment, insurance, accounting, or related fields.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and other relevant tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience, meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience running the full sales cycle, from cold call to contract.
- SaaS sales experience.
