About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Contact Specialist at our Audi dealership in Solihull. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate vehicle bookings and service appointments
- Accurately record and update customer information
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Provide excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, using your own initiative to provide exceptional customer service. A background in the motor trade or automotive industry is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
