Customer Service Representative

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our medical devices customer service team in Solihull. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our hospital customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process hospital orders within daily deadlines, including invoice management and follow-up on pricing discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships and collaborate with Territory Managers on PER (Product Event Reporting) processing.
- Liaise with approved logistic partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Actively participate in product tracking research and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Manage a busy queries and orders mailbox, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales advisor role, with expertise in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
