Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Reception team as a Receptionist. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling membership sales, renewals, and cancellations, as well as processing payments and handling cash transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the Club Team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members and guests.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable, but not essential. We are committed to providing ongoing training and development to help you succeed in your role.
