Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our retail store team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing store operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Store Operations: Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and store appearance to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to build customer loyalty and drive sales growth.
  • Business Planning: Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales data and develop business plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
