Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver tailored solutions and drive business growth
  • Utilize expertise in Talent Advisory, Executive Search, Talent Bench, and M&A Advisory to deliver results
  • Work effectively with the team to add value and achieve results
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans to drive growth and expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

Requirements

  • Must have Recruitment or Sales experience
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer

We offer a fantastic basic salary between £27k to £32k and a competitive commission structure of 35%, paid quarterly.
