As a Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with prestigious global clients, using expertise in Talent Advisory, Executive Search, Talent Bench, and M&A Advisory to deliver results. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver tailored solutions and drive business growth
- Utilize expertise in Talent Advisory, Executive Search, Talent Bench, and M&A Advisory to deliver results
- Work effectively with the team to add value and achieve results
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans to drive growth and expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Requirements
- Must have Recruitment or Sales experience
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Financially motivated and competitive individual
- Ambitious and resilient person
- Personable and able to build strong relationships with clients
What We Offer
We offer a fantastic basic salary between £27k to £32k and a competitive commission structure of 35%, paid quarterly.
