We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Worthing office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation, including physical and digital files.
  • Provide exceptional reception coverage, ensuring a positive first impression for clients and visitors.
  • Coordinate office supply purchases and maintain inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Maintain and coordinate the upkeep of office equipment, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including catering and logistics.
  • Ensure the office and kitchen areas are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Coordinate the archiving of documentation and retrieval of files as needed.
  • Collaborate with building management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive health and safety induction program for new employees.
  • Investigate and document incidents, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
