Job Title: Administrative Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Operations Team at Haybury Limited. As a key member of our team, you will provide crucial support to ensure the efficient functioning of daily office activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage databases, format CVs, and handle various administrative tasks to maintain the smooth operation of our office.
  • Document Creation: Create and format documents, PowerPoint presentations, and reports to support our business operations.
  • Project Management: Manage small projects and assist with larger ones, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Onboarding and Support: Support the onboarding process, manage diaries, and assist with office setup to ensure a seamless transition for new team members.
  • Research and Recruitment: Conduct research, post job adverts, and prepare recruitment billing reports to support our recruitment efforts.
  • IT Support: Perform routine office tasks, including IT audits and supply management, to ensure our technology infrastructure runs smoothly.
  • Log and Manage IT Support Tickets: Log and manage IT support tickets to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong understanding of office procedures and systems.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical issues.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Desirable Skills:

  • Social Media and Design: Familiarity with social media, branding, and design tools (e.g. Canva) to support our marketing efforts.
  • Recruitment Platforms: Experience with recruitment platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) to support our recruitment efforts.
