The Wellbeing Services Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating the objectives of the Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service. This position ensures that individuals receive appropriate care from qualified professionals in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Wellbeing Service, including managing patient bookings and addressing inquiries.
  • Utilize various computer systems, including Clinical and Patient Record Systems, to oversee patient care pathways and manage follow-up appointments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals across different settings to ensure effective communication and information sharing.
  • Handle patient inquiries regarding referrals and appointments, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Manage General Practice referral work lists and coordinate administrative tasks related to referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within clinical systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes as required.
  • Provide reception services when necessary, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and effective communication.
