Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator

Indsci is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service and Logistics Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth flow of logistics operations.
Responsibilities:- Registration and Coordination: Register items sent in by walk-in customers for calibration or repair service, and coordinate with customers and forwarders on timely collection and delivery of equipment.
- Shipping and Logistics: Prepare shipping documents and book shipments for overseas freight, and package small parcels for transshipment.
- Monitoring and Follow-up: Monitor and follow up on overseas transshipment, and resolve logistics issues as they arise.
- Backup and Support: Provide backup and support with CSR responsibilities as needed.
- A recognized Diploma or equivalent.
- Able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills.
- Experience and enjoy working in a customer-facing environment, with post-sales service experience preferred.
- Possess problem-solving skills and be fluent in Chinese and English language.
- Excellent written and telephone communication skills, with familiarity in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and CRM tools such as Oracle or SAP.
- Familiarity with Service Center workflow is preferred.
