Customer Support Administrator

Role Overview

Trespass is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
