Role Summary

The Shared Services Partnership is seeking a proficient Building Safety Manager to enhance our Property and Compliance Works team.

This pivotal role involves overseeing the comprehensive flow of information and collaborating with external consultants to deliver expert Building Safety guidance across a diverse portfolio of properties.

As a Building Safety Manager, you will engage with various stakeholders, ensuring that the integrity and professionalism of information management are upheld to meet the needs of the community.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in the built environment, with a minimum of five years' experience in relevant fields.

Essential Qualifications:

The successful applicant will hold a recognized technical qualification, such as full membership with IFE, IFSM, CABE, RICS, CIOB, and possess a NEBOSH fire safety certificate (FC1/FC2) or an equivalent qualification.

Demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably within a housing or local authority context, is essential.
