Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Safety Expert to join our Property and Compliance Works team at Hammersmith & Fulham Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the golden thread of information and external consultants to provide Building Safety expertise across our portfolio of 17,000 properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the golden thread of information to ensure compliance with Building Safety regulations
  • Collaborate with external consultants to provide Building Safety expertise
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Building Safety across our portfolio
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Relevant technical professional qualification (e.g. full membership to the IFE, IFSM, CABE, RICS, CIOB)
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge and experience of working in a housing/local authority environment
