About the Role

The Shared Services Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Building Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Property and Compliance Works team, you will be responsible for managing the golden thread of information and external consultants to provide Building Safety expertise across our portfolio of properties.

This is a challenging role that requires engagement with a range of key stakeholders, ensuring that the golden thread of information is maintained to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. You will work closely with our residents, businesses, and other stakeholders to meet their needs and provide excellent customer service.

We are looking for a confident build environment professional with a minimum of five years' experience in the required disciplines. You will need to demonstrate knowledge and experience of working in a similar post, ideally in housing/local authority.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant technical professional qualification, such as full membership to a professional body, and a NEBOSH fire safety certificate or equivalent.
