About the Opportunity
The Hammersmith & Fulham Council is seeking a dedicated Building Safety Manager to enhance the Property and Compliance Works team.
This pivotal role involves overseeing the comprehensive flow of information and collaborating with external consultants to deliver Building Safety expertise across a diverse portfolio of 17,000 properties. You will be tasked with engaging a variety of key stakeholders, ensuring that the integrity of information is upheld to the highest standards while addressing the needs of our community.
The ideal candidate will be a confident professional in the built environment, possessing a minimum of five years' experience in relevant fields.
Essential Qualifications:
The successful applicant will hold a pertinent technical qualification, such as full membership to the IFE / IFSM / CABE / RICS / CIOB, along with a NEBOSH fire safety certificate FC1 / FC2 or its equivalent.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in a similar role, preferably within housing or local authority settings, is essential.
