Position Summary

We are in search of a seasoned Senior Vice President of International Buy-Side / Asset Management Sales to lead our efforts in this critical area. This position will report directly to the Global Head of Buy-Side Sales and will collaborate closely with the leadership teams across our International and Asset Management divisions.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of sales managers and individual sales executives, driving enterprise sales strategies from our London office. With an annual sales target exceeding $20 million, this role will involve managing product sales and pre-sales teams, focusing on building relationships with both existing and prospective clients in the financial services sector across the EMEA and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to the international buy-side sales management team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Align sales objectives with Broadridge's international strategy through active involvement in corporate planning and sales strategy development.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives by evaluating talent and performance, and adapting go-to-market strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Broadridge's Sell-Side Sales and Global Business Unit leaders to enhance results across both buy and sell-side institutions.
  • Work closely with marketing to promote and maintain the Broadridge brand on an international scale.
  • Recruit and develop a diverse, high-performing sales organization that embodies a culture of collaboration and adaptability.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the financial services landscape, including competitors and regulatory changes.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients at the C-suite level.
  • Ensure that Broadridge's senior management receives timely and accurate sales reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in sales, with a minimum of five years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to motivate and guide sales teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services and asset management industries, including regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and business development skills, with a focus on accountability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
