Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our team at The Merchant, a contemporary bar in Glasgow City Centre. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our high-quality food and drink, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage every guest, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Prepare and serve our high-quality food and drink, making recommendations to elevate guest experiences
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
