Orientation Marketing is a prominent agency specializing in pharmaceutical and life-sciences marketing and communications. Since our establishment in 2015, we have consistently expanded our operations, including the recent addition of a specialized communications practice and an in-house creative/design studio.

Our clientele comprises key players in the development and manufacturing of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Job Overview

As a Client Relationship Manager at Orientation Marketing, you will oversee a portfolio of pharmaceutical and life sciences client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. You will also identify new business opportunities and formulate strategies to enhance existing accounts.

This role demands a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual capable of collaborating across departments to ensure the success of our clients and the overall business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are fulfilled.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and support.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, studio, and PR/Comms, to exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze client account performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for enhancement.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (such as production, finance, and legal) to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client account information in our systems (e.g., CRM, Marketing Automation software).
  • Stay informed about industry news, developments, and best practices to continually enhance your expertise.
  • Keep abreast of the latest advancements in B2B marketing and suggest how to integrate them into our offerings.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools.
