While prior experience in telemarketing or sales is advantageous, they are also eager to connect with candidates who may not have direct experience but possess a strong ability to engage with clients and enjoy fostering relationships.
Comprehensive internal training is provided, as they believe that while experience is beneficial, the right attitude and the ability to connect well with clients and colleagues are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve set KPIs and results-oriented targets through outbound sales calls and occasional emails to businesses offering relevant products and services.
- Maintain client relationships through daily direct interactions.
- Manage accounts, including processing results, scheduling meetings, arranging site visits, and overseeing calendar management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A confident, organized individual with a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in computer usage, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in telesales or equivalent customer service roles in any customer-focused industry.
- Strong skills in overcoming objections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capable of managing personal workload effectively.
Benefits:
£23,000 per annum plus commission bonuses with an OTE of approximately £28,000.
- Commission bonuses based on quarterly performance (up to £1200 per quarter).
