Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, including SMEs and large corporations, to ensure their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement tailored insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance, preferably in a broker or underwriter role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including liability, property, and casualty insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
