Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of commercial insurance business, including SME and package policies, commercial combined, liability, motor fleet, PI, and cyber insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documentation for clients in relation to renewals, mid-term alterations, and new business enquiries.
  • Deal with client queries on a daily basis, providing a comprehensive customer service to meet the insurance needs of a range of clients.
  • Work closely with our team to provide training and guidance where necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within insurance is essential, ideally within an Insurance Broker or Insurance Company.
  • Strong IT, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and individually.
  • Acturis experience is an advantage, but not essential.
