Assistant Centre Manager (Maternity cover)

Full-time or part-time position available (minimum 30 hours, maximum 37.5 hours)

About the Role

Pure Offices Limited in Edinburgh Park is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our team at this thriving business centre. Our centre provides office accommodation and meeting room facilities to a variety of businesses.

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to support the Centre Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the centre. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  2. Assist with the day-to-day management of the centre, including maintenance and repairs
  3. Coordinate events and meetings, including room bookings and catering
  4. Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

Applicants should have a strong background in customer service and administration, with experience in a similar role. A high level of organization and attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
