We are seeking a skilled Logistics/Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team at Office Angels. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and procurement processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and procurement, with experience in managing stock levels, forecasting needs, and coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and advise on restocking to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Procurement: Manage stock acquisition, raise purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Transportation Management: Choose efficient and cost-effective transportation options for shipments.
  • Financial Management: Work with the Finance Manager to plan payments and maintain cash flow.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers across regions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Operations, Warehousing, Finance, and more.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify new suppliers to improve cost, sustainability, or environmental impact.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records on the system.
  • Procedure Development: Update procedures and best practices for team use.

General Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Communicate effectively, provide feedback, and treat everyone with respect.
  • Record Keeping: Keep orderly records and travel as needed for supplier visits or events.
